Snooker: Ding Junhui - Mark Davis

The class difference between these two players is of course big enough - #10 meets #55 in the provisional rankings, but actually there is something else that makes me so confident about this bet without even seeing Ding pot a ball this season.
Simply on monday afternoon I was in front of my TV, eager to watch my first match from regular season - and it turned out to be Joe Swail - Mark Davis. And what a disappointment it was - boring snooker, only three breaks over 50 and actually none of the two players seemed able to win the match. At the end Swail made the last mistake and Davis won 5-4, but that win can not hide the obvious - the guy plays fairly good tactical game, but when it comes to long pots - or even middle range - his percentages were close to zero. That combined with awful positioning and actually far too often going out of position in a promising situation means that Ding will have plenty of chances. Now whatever form he is right now, he should be able to win this match easily. Actually the only reason that I don't add another bet to this one - a 5-0 correct score - is that this is the very first match of the season for the chinese ace. And maybe I'll regret that after the match...
