AnalýzyFUTBAL Afrika: Pobr. Slonoviny - Guinea
IC so far is doing their job in impressive way. 3 wins in 3 games in which they haven't played to their full potential. Winning against Mali 3:0, in a game where they could sit back and play for draw, proves that they are very serious here and focused on winning. There was a bit of rotation, they didn't played at full throttle yet, I think they'll have well enough fitness for good show here. At their current form and potential guinea is no match for them. Specially that this will be Feindouno-less Guinea. I'll recall that Pascal Feindouno, who is suspended after red card, is key player of Guinea, their best scorer(most goals in national team of current squad), top midfielder, penalty and free-kick taker. In qualifications to this ANC, Guinea was winning games only when he was scoring a goal. In last ANC, he scored 4 goals and made big impact. In this ANC he almost single-handed beat Morocco, scoring two goals and having one assist. You could see Guinea without him against Namibia, they've drawn 1-1 in a game they were supposed to win. They have some other good players, but Feindouno was giving them some sense in their style. Without him they can create chances but their forwards like to blaze the ball over the bar. IC is very solid in defence, without Feindouno, I don't see Guinea scoring against them other wa\y then corner kick or free-kick pass and header. Guinea has some tall defenders, but they make mistakes that IC players will love to capitalize on. To sum up, no luck for Guinea, without Feindouno, they are doomed to defending here and hope to get this to penalty kicks. This game might go 0:0 for some time, even whole first half, but IC will do the job in 90 minutes I think. They can score few goals here. Think of Guinea without Feindouno like of Mali in last game, when there was no Diarra and Kanoute dind't play in second half. This should be similar game.
