AnalýzyBASKETBAL Euroliga: Olympiakos - Cibona
This handicap is huge or at least that's how I see it.
Cibona has been playing incredibly well in euroleague this season and to be considered such underdogs against Oly is a mistake in my opinion.
Of course Olympiakos are strong favorites against any team when they play at home but I think this has a lot to do with Cibona's loss to Partizan in Belgrade this weekend.
First of all Cibona had only one player who did anything and was playing well. Calloway. Secondly, Rawle Marshal was out of action due to suspension and will be in the squad today. The only reason why Cibona lost by such a margin was Uros Tripkovic who hit every three point shot he tried except the one across the entire court at half time buzzer.
I've seen Cibona fight their way back into almost every game they've played this year. Perasovic has made a great team out of them, everyone is giving their best. There's also the fact that after such a poor performance like the one Cibona had in Belgrade a team usualy bounces back and has a great one in the very next game. For example Rozic and his agressiveness was nowhere to be seen, I think that will be back tonight and even if just that the rest of team will respond.
I think Cibona has potential to even win tonight but this handicap is quite sufficient, odds too, for me to put a medium-high stakes bet on it.
